I'm the girl...
behind Lauren Ash Photo. I live in the Madison, Wisconsin area and love photographing lifestyle family, couples, maternity, as well as branding. I am married to my college sweetheart and I just love the little life we have built together. We have two little girls, Eastyn + Maddyn, and soon we will be welcoming a baby boy to our crew and could not be more excited. We also have a big fur baby - our 100 pound Alaskan Malamute named Meeka. Our life can get a little chaotic at times, but it is also so full of love and we would not change it for the world.
If I am not behind my camera, you’ll likely catch me out + about with my littles with an iced coffee in hand. I’m happiest when I am spending quality time with my family, traveling the world with my husband, exploring in the mountains, at a country concert, working out, enjoying the sunshine or a sunset, hanging with my girlfriends, or sipping a jalapeño margarita!
I'm a bit nostalgic...
I just love pictures. A simple photo can take you right back to a time and place + can help to bring back memories and feelings that are cherished. I have had an interest in photography for years, but fast forward when our first daughter was born in 2019, and my love for freezing moments of time exploded as she grew up before our eyes... I did not want to miss a thing. In 2020, I realized that this hobby was truly more of a passion of mine + that using in this passion, I could help others capture their special moments, chapters, and milestones in their lives - whatever it may be!
